Who it is for
Transport managers, workshop supervisors, and maintenance planners running mixed fleets — rigids, tractors, trailers, or plant — who need one shared picture of what is overdue without arguing across spreadsheets.
Result
A live maintenance dashboard set that reflects your interval rules, shift patterns, and parts-hold reality. Controllers and bay leads open the same priorities each morning.
Scope included
- Depot walkthrough and interview with planners and at least one bay lead
- Interval rule map by asset class (you approve exceptions before build)
- Views for overdue, due-soon, and units waiting on parts
- Labels suited to Hong Kong workshop use (English, with Traditional Chinese options when needed)
- Handover session and a short written runbook for the people who will own the views
Out of scope
- Purchasing wall screens, mounts, or networking hardware
- Paying telematics or OEM subscription fees on your behalf
- Driver performance scoring or route optimisation work
Provider and process
Workspace Horizon consultants based around Kwai Chung lead the engagement. Typical path: walkthrough → rule workshop → draft views → bay pilot → handover. Duration is usually four to eight weeks depending on fleet size and how fragmented the history files are.
Preparation
Please have access to current service schedules, a sample of recent job cards or history exports, and permission for us to stand in the service bay during a normal shift.
Pricing basis
Engagements start from HK$48,000 after the walkthrough quote. Larger multi-depot fleets are priced by asset count and number of calendar owners. See Rates for related packages.
Next step
Request this engagement and tell us your active unit count and depot locations. We reply within one business day during Hong Kong office hours.
