About
Built beside the bay, not only behind a desk
Workspace Horizon works with fleet operators who need maintenance dashboards and interval analytics that survive a night shift in Hong Kong.
Origin
The practice started after years watching Kwai Chung and Tsing Yi yards run two overdue lists — one for the office, one taped above a workbench. Workspace Horizon exists to collapse that gap: service interval analytics grounded in how mechanics and planners already talk about jobs.
We are based at Wah Fat Ind Bldg Kwai Chung, Kwai Tsing District, Hong Kong, close to the industrial corridors where many of our clients stage vehicles overnight.
How we work
Every engagement begins with people and vehicles, not a template. We count active units, listen to bay leads about false overdue flags, and only then shape dashboard views. If a rule looks elegant on paper but fails a Friday backlog meeting, it does not ship.
Who you meet
Consultants here combine maintenance planning experience with reporting craft. We are comfortable under a vehicle lift and in a controller’s office. Credentials we cite are practical: completed depot rollouts, interval rule sheets your team can defend, and retainers that keep alerts honest as the fleet changes.
Values in practice
- Prefer one shared overdue truth over decorative charts.
- Respect workshop time — meetings earn their place on the roster.
- Write rules in language mechanics recognise, including bilingual labels when the bay needs them.
- Stay accountable after handover through clear runbooks and optional retainers.
