Bay and planner workshops
Dashboard views for overdue, due-soon, and parts-hold units
Handover session with workshop and office staff

Hardware purchase (screens, mounts)
Third-party telematics subscription fees

Retained analytics support

From HK$6,500 / month

Monthly retainer; three-month minimum

Interval rule adjustments as the fleet changes
Monthly exception review call
Priority response for broken feeds or wrong alerts
