- Due-soon units for the current shift window
- Parts-hold count (not the full supplier commentary)
Keep off the wall
Long trend lines, cost charts, and driver comparisons. Those discussions belong in scheduled meetings. When a wall tries to do both, night shift learns to ignore it — and your service interval analytics lose the audience they were built for.
